Our Position
BverGame is an original content platform. All 40 H5 games on this site are hand-coded from scratch by Ian using vanilla JavaScript, Canvas API, and Web Audio API. All writing, reviews, and guides are original content by Ben. All SVG illustrations and visual designs are original works. We never upload, copy, or redistribute third-party game code or articles.
Some games draw inspiration from classic public-domain gameplay patterns (such as 2048, Snake, Sokoban, Minesweeper, etc.). These mechanisms belong to the public heritage of game design — just as the rules of chess belong to no one — but every line of our code is an original implementation. For games inspired by classic designs, we clearly credit and pay tribute to the original works in the footer of each game page.
If you believe a specific page or piece of content on this site infringes your copyright, we commit to handling it in good faith. BverGame is a small operation, but we take every copyright notice seriously.
How to Submit a DMCA Notice
Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), a copyright infringement notification must include the following information. Please send the complete notice to our designated DMCA agent at:
Subject line: [DMCA]
Required Elements of a DMCA Notice
- Your identification: Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the copyrighted work: A clear description of the original work you claim is infringed. If published, include the original URL, publication date, or registration information.
- Location of infringing material: The exact URL(s) on BverGame where the allegedly infringing material appears. Be as specific as possible — include the full page path.
- Statement of good faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Statement of accuracy: A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed (or authorized to act on their behalf), under penalty of perjury.
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-Notice Procedure
If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe this was an error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] with subject line [Counter-Notice].
A counter-notice must include:
- Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address
- Identification of the removed content and its URL before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your address's judicial district
- Your physical or electronic signature
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. If they do not file a court action within 10-14 business days, we will restore the removed content.
Repeat Infringer Policy
BverGame maintains a policy of terminating service to repeat infringers. In appropriate circumstances, we will terminate access to this site for users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
Note that this site does not offer user registration, comments, uploads, or other user-generated content (UGC) features. All content on this site is directly managed by us. If you believe our own published content infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA notice as described above.
Fair Use
Articles on this site may contain brief quotations (under 300 characters) from third-party sources for purposes of commentary, criticism, or education. These quotations are protected under the fair use doctrine (Section 107 of the U.S. Copyright Act). If you have questions about a specific quotation, please contact us.
Processing Time
We typically acknowledge receipt of a DMCA notice within 3 business days and complete initial investigation and action within 7 business days. Complex cases may take longer; we will keep you informed of progress.
Copyright Complaints from Other Jurisdictions
For copyright complaints originating outside the United States, we also accept notices in formats required by local law. Please ensure your notice contains sufficient information for us to locate and act on the allegedly infringing material. If you are unsure, send an email outlining the situation and we will guide you through the formal process.
